about

my story

A woman with green and black hair and large gauge earrings taking a selfie next to a white unicorn statue with a red and white spiral horn, against a cloudy sky and vineyard landscape.

I’m a Melbourne-based artist working from my home studio, where I create abstract paintings and illustrations that lean into texture, contrast, and instinct. I’ve never been drawn to perfection — I prefer work that feels raw and alive, where the process shows through.

I mostly work with acrylic and mixed media, though I’ve been illustrating more lately. I don’t start with a plan — I start with a feeling and let it take shape from there. My art has always been a kind of release; it’s where I can breathe, disconnect, and make sense of things I can’t always put into words.

I’m self-taught and constantly learning. My work changes as I do, but the one constant is that need to create — to make something honest, even if it’s a little dark around the edges.
