Shipping is CALCULATED AUTOMATICALLY AT CHECKOUT

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days, and you’ll receive an email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow additional time for made-to-order or framed pieces.

FLAT RATE:

$19.95 aud - standard Postage Australia-wide

$29.95 aud - for large-format pieces (E.g. Misfit Mementos or other between 2kg - 5kg.)

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Every piece at E. M. Snowden is created with care. Many OF MY works are one-of-a-kind, so please choose thoughtfully before purchasing.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item has a major problem, such as:

• Arriving damaged or faulty

• Not matching the description

• Not doing what we said it would

If this happens, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos, so I can resolve it quickly.

Originals & Prints

I do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, or if the artwork doesn’t suit your space.

Please take care when choosing the right size, style, and colours for your home.

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, contact me within 7 days for assistance.

Custom and commissioned works are created in close collaboration with you.

A non-refundable first payment of 50% is required before work begins.

The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and before delivery.

Cancellations

Once work has begun, the first payment is non-refundable.

After completion, the full amount is payable.

No refunds will be issued for change of mind at any stage once work has commenced.

If your commissioned piece arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order so I can arrange a repair or replacement where appropriate.

SUBSCRIBERS WHO SIGN UP BEFORE THE 20TH OF EACH MONTH WILL have their NOtes POSTED BY THE END OF THAT MONTH — PLEASE ALLOW TIME AS THESE ARE HAND PACKED.

SUBSCRIBERS WHO SIGN UP AFTER THE 20TH OF EACH MONTH WILL RECEIVE THE NEXT MONTHS NOCTEM NOTE.
